HOSA is an international organization that empowers future health professionals by providing students with opportunities to learn about healthcare and professions in the industry. Each year, HOSA hosts state and national competitions for students studying health sciences, and we are raising money to support CPS students who want to showcase their knowledge and skills at this year’s competitions.
Last year, 151 CPS students qualified for the state competition and 13 students competed at the national level. The average cost per student to attend each competition was $500 and $1,200, respectively. By helping to cover or offset those costs, you can help us provide a head-start to students pursuing careers in healthcare.
